After years of researching which solar power inverter would be the best for us we finally made our choices. The EG4 Brands are similar to Growatt and other all-in-one units that are very beginner friendly and priced lower than buying the pieces like Charge Controller, Charger, Inverter, Monitor screen, and WiFi connectivity, separately. Having the Off-Grid Inverter allows you to have power when the electrical grid goes down. With these units there is an AC input so if your battery(s) get low from bad weather where your solar panels are not giving enough power, it will charge them.

What we want and can afford is two different things for sure. If I had the money the bigger the inverter would be. If you have the funds and want a whole home Solar Array and Inverter the big boys below would be in my shopping cart.
Now this is a big inverter! The EG4 18KPV Inverter is a Hybrid Inverter that will handle much more than a house when stacked. If you want to setup a whole house including Air Conditioning, Dryers, and even the big oven; this is one that you cant beat the price on. There are other brands out there that are more than double its price.
